William "Bill" Franklin Hoffman died on July 1, 2014 in Monmouth, Ore.
Bill was born in Eugene, OR on December 1, 1937, to Mitchell Marion Hoffman and Vera May Watson. Bill was raised in Elgin, OR. He was a hard worker and spent much of his life working for PCL, Ron Wilson, and finally at Mid-valley. Bill loved fishing, baseball, and the outdoors.
