Ruben's survivors incude his wife, Maria Alicia, and children Irma Sanchez of Monmouth, Lucia Montoya of Woodburn, Diana Arismendez of Independence, Norma Arismendez of Monmouth and Ruben Arismendez Jr. of Falls City.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at Fir Crest Cemetery, Monmouth.
