A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 11, 2012 1:00 p.m. at the Corvallis Hispanic Foursquare Church - Emmanuel Church in Corvallis, Oregon. Interment will be at Fir Crest Cemetery, Monmouth, Oregon.
Arrangements are under the care of Farnstrom Mortuary of independence, Oregon.
