LeRoy was born June 6, 1941 to Roy T. and Maxine O. Mersch. He loved to hunt, fish and his beloved dog Sassy.
He is survived by his wife Vaneta. Sons; Gregory and Wally. Daughters; Tammy Phillips, Lora McDaniel, 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 7 sisters and 1 brother. He was preceded in death by 1 brother, 1 great grandchild and his parents.
No services will be held.
