Monmouth - Kenneth L. Richards, a long time resident of Monmouth, died Friday morning, January 25th, at Independence Rehab where he was being released to come home.
Kenneth was born June 28, 1921 to George and Nettie Richards in Corning, Iowa. He had three sisters and one brother.
