Bill was born March 23, 1934 to William and Pansy Keller. Bill is survived by his wife Gerry of Independence, Son, Robin, Daughter Kathleen and 3 grandchildren. Bill owned and operated Tilton's Barber Shop on Main St. in Independence for 19 years. Bill served with the US Army from 1952-1954. Memorial Services are pending.
