Tyler William Smalling

Tyler W. Smalling Oct. 11, 1937 - Sept. 12, 2005 Tyler went peacefully Monday at home after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Long Beach, Calif., where he lived for 57 years, moving to Oregon 10 years ago and making his home in Albany. He was kind, loving and a very special person, and will be remembered as such by family and friends. He worked in Corvallis and Albany as a school bus driver, security guard and for his business, Tyler's Roofing. He was a Navy veteran. His parents and brother preceded him in death. He is survived by wife Michele; daughter Amanda MacIntyre of Corvallis; granddaughter Samantha Berns, and his extended family, from whom he never separated, Kathy and Brian Feldstein.
